We strive to ensure that our students and participants have a rewarding and enriching experience. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be issued.1. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds may be issued under the following conditions: Course Cancellations: If a course or event is canceled by PRATIVA ODISHA for any reason, participants will be eligible for a full refund. Withdrawal Requests: If a participant wishes to withdraw from a course or event, they must notify us in writing. Refund eligibility will be based on the timing of the withdrawal request as outlined below.
2. Refund Request Deadlines Before Course/Event Start Date: If a withdrawal request is made at least 14 days before the course or event start date, participants will be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable registration fees. Within 7-13 Days Before Start Date: If a withdrawal request is made within 7 to 13 days before the course or event start date, participants will be eligible for a 50% refund, minus any non-refundable registration fees. Less than 7 Days Before Start Date: No refunds will be issued for withdrawal requests made less than 7 days before the course or event start date.

To request a refund, participants must:
Submit a written request to our customer service team at support@prativaodisha.com. Include the participant's name, course/event details, and the reason for the withdrawal. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the written request. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment that was used for the original transaction.
5. Exceptions
PRATIVA ODISHA reserves the right to review and approve refunds on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen situations. In such cases, supporting documentation may be required.
